This Double Dough and Pastry Roller has a large roller for creating uniform crust and dough right in the pan.
Smaller 2 ½” roller smooths edges and sides.
Large 4" roller creates uniform crust and dough right in the pan.
Great for pasta and cookie dough.

Place dough in center of pan and dust dough with flour. Lightly grease large roller and roll dough from center of pan toward outer edges. Use enough flour to prevent sticking. Use small tapered roller to spread dough to the outer edges of the pan.
Hand wash double dough roller in warm, soapy water.
