The thin outer edge of this pan helps to contain the crepe batter from spilling over, yet is short enough to provide full access between your utensils and the cooking surface.

This Le Creuset crepe pan is safe for use with nearly all cooktops: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and even induction; also safe for use in the oven.

The cooking surface of this Le Creuset pan builds up its own non-stick seasoning after the first few uses.
